DUMPMASTER STEEL CAGE WHEELIE BIN LIFTER

The Dumpmaster range of Wheelie Bin Lifters and Tippers come in 4 standard tipping heights to cover the major front lift bins in use: 700mm, 1200mm,1500mm &1800mm

The 700mm is used on loading docks to tip from the dock into a bin placed below the dock level.

The Dumpmaster comes in three main operating power sources: 240V, 415V and 12V Gel Cell Battery.

The Lifter is weather proof and features Galvanized Main Frame and Lifting Cradle as well as a Zinc Plated, Welded Steel Mesh Safety Cage with electronic door interlock safety features to prevent the lifter operating when the door is open.

The lifters can be ordered to lift bins from 80Lt up to 1100Lt and can be built to tip to virtually any height.

The Dumpmaster Lifter can also be operated by compressed air for explosive hazardous environments.

DUMPMASTER PET-G CAGE WHEELIE BIN LIFTER

The Dumpmaster Wheelie Bin Lifter can be ordered with a clear PET guarding for duties that require the utmost in cleanliness.

The clear guards are easily cleaned and do not allow dust to build up on the many flat surfaces of the mesh cage.

Commonly used in bread manufacturing facilities where large vats of dough need to be transferred from mixing vats to smaller tubs.

Also used in medical facilities where a sterile environment is paramount.

The PET-G guards are for internal use only.

WINCH OPERATED BIN LIFTER

According to the Australian Government Comcare department the most common cause of workplace injury is manual handling.
Conscientious organisations need to protect their employees and themselves against preventable injury.

Emptying wheelie bins involves lifting, pulling, pushing and lowering amongst other things. The manual nature of the task can lead to unnecessary back injuries. The winch operated binlifter is a manual process where a simple turning of the handle will lift and empty the bin, eliminating any heavy lifting, thereby protecting employees.

Designed and manufactured in Australia using high strength galvanised and powder coated tubing and flat steel sections to protect it from the elements, the winch operated binlifter is an economical alternative in the ASK Equipment Sales (QLD) range.

For loads up to 50kg the winch operated binlifter is the smart choice to avoid possible employee injuries relating to the lifting and emptying of wheelie bins.
